We ask clients what they like before we start. Clients can bring in things they like and we'll use them for inspiration. We ask clients to approve some things before we finish their design. We'll show the client the final design before we start printing. Once we start printing, we can't cancel the job. After we finish, clients can ask for the artwork in different formats if they paid for design services.
